Two years ago, I become a mom to the most perfect boy and my whole world changed. When I would photograph Hunter and capture his smile (which is a rare sighting!) , an intensity in his eyes, or a moment that depicted exactly who he was, it made my heart explode. And I knew I wanted to share that spark with the world. 

 

There is nothing more important in this life than Family. Family can be challenging, crazy, full of so much love, and perfectly imperfect. I gain inspiration purely from the beauty within the relationships I see. To be able to capture snap shots of your family is a constant reminder of the love that existed in that moment.

A few fun facts about me: I live in  a small quiet town of Galt, CA with my Husband, Hunter, and two rescue pitbulls.  I am loud, expressive, sensitive, and passionate in just about everything I do. I am also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).  For those of you who don't know what this means, I design treatment programs for children with autism to produce meaningful changes in their lives. It takes a certain level of compassion and understanding to communicate with children and that is something I uniquely incorporate into my sessions.

My style is simple: I want to give you memories, not just photos. I want you to look back and feel something rather than just a smile at the pretty edit. You know what happens between the poses? Life! So  I hope to meet you and capture your story in a way that makes your heart explode, too.
